| yes I know it has been a while since update...but you'll live. Anyway, today has been one of the best days I've had in a long time. Had to do a few things around the house before I got to go out, but I went to practice and omg...it was kick ass. Anyone who can needs to come see Surreal @The Door July 9th and come watch us play. Seriously you won't regret comin out. It was such a bad ass practice and our vocalist Jeff Brown, what a bad ass. He can sing like no other. But yeah I'm still hyped from that and I'm about to go eat...more later... | | |
| What's going on...I didn't do hardly jack crap today and for some reason I've got energy. The only thing I did was yard work, which normally isn't too fun. Went to eat at O.T.B and pretty much done nothing all day. I don't really know what to write about cause I don't have anything to address or talk about. OH! | What up homey(s). I FINALLY GOT MY NEW AMP TODAY...oh how sweet it is. But come to find out my guitar cable is gimp so every once in a while I have to fix it. I don't care though...well I do kinda...but the amp is freakin awesome. 2 12in. speakers, onboard FX, footswitch, and some other cool stuff. It's bad ace though. Yeah but I was supposed to have practice today with the band, but didn't happen cause Patrick's dad is making Patrick do stuff again and so yeah, no practice. Hopefully we will tomorrow or Sunday though, plus we have a gig coming up soon and really need to throw a few practices in. W00T tomorrow is graduation day where I walk across the stage and officially "graduate" from high school. The day I've been looking forward to has finally arrived...almost. | Hello again to those who are reading. Today was another day spent GRADUATED FROM SCHOOL!!! W00T. Anyway, didn't really do a whole lot. Woke up at like 12:30 or so and lazied around for a bit. Me and Michael went out to Chilis to go grab a bite to eat. Odd thing happened while we were there; the power kept flickering while we were eating and eventually went out while we were eating. The waiter was lucky we payed in cash, otherwise it woulda been a free meal...d'oh. So yeah the power went out all along I-30, just seemed strange. After that we went over to Senor Miguel's woman's house and chilled there. It was ok over there, just sat around and watched some t.v. and analyzed her friends. Needless to say after spending 3 hours or so over there we got a little bored and decided to go to Guitar Center. Naturally being there we spent a little while in the store. So many things in there I wanna spend my money on...only thing is...I don't have all the money to spend on what I would like. It's still fun to go in and mess around on things. Anyway, I been here at home ever since. Gotta pick up my dad tomorrow at the airport. Later | | |
| Oh how great it is for school to be out tomorrow. Not to mention that I get out at 2:08 and am gonna be doing nothing while at school and prolly gonna come home and take a nap unless I find something to do. Thank god, finally after 12 years of schooling I'll be done for a little while. Time for a break. Anyway, I didn't really do anything today besides yard work. Of course in doing that my allergies started kicking in and yeah not cool. Now I'm just sitting here and was having a convo with someone from Horn whom I have no idea was, but whatever.
